The Cramps

Post by Black Death™ »

A lot of people slept on them the first, second, even third time around
during the peaks in their career; but The Cramps were/are important,
real, and very entertaining like very few bands are these days.

That is all.

derrrr.

that being said, Lux & Ivy's Favorites is probably one of the best compilations ever assembled. I've heard volume 16 should be coming soon....or maybe it's out there already...I don't know, but it will be/is great.

double derrr.

bad music for bad people has played the role of the extra footprints in my sand time and time again.
speaking of the cramps, I guess the new/upcoming black keys record was very influenced by
the cramps, the clash, rockabilly... they are referring to the new material as the "fastest we've
ever played". I'll see what happens. perhaps they should have the release party at a mental institution.

First caught them on the "Stay Sick" tour, what a fucking blast that was.
