It reminds me of what I think is this STP song but the name escapes me

It actually nods more to Sound of White Noise Anthrax (itself an AIC charlatan) than anything by STP. The vocal delivery is typical Self Titled era AIC though.The only track by STP this would come close to is perhaps Where The River Flows from Core. Is that it?
