Sorry toast.
Don't be sorry. These excursions into the banal (Inception) reminds me how great Die hard is.

What about Inception turned you off man? A mate of mine at work walked out halfway (when they boarded the plane), because he felt it took too long to go anywhere. Ergo he missed the mad gravity in the hotel, or the three-level timing of the intertwining dreams at the end, which I really enjoyed.

I know loads of people who really loved the whole film, I can relate to that, but what interests me is the counterpoint -why did it suck for you mate?
:)

I enjoyed it. I agree about the constant music being annoying.

the whole resolution with mol was really sad .

the snow troopers , that kinda got on my nerves , but i really detest fight scenes and sensless action . it was a bit much to cram in even at its 2:30 format .

i really knew nothing about it , cept from a few brief preview scenes , but i thought it would have been more creepy/esso , it really was just an advanced caper flick .

the idea / execution and editing was top notch though. i think if they woulda had a different model for the protaganist besides mol , i really woulda dug it . relationship stuff in movies gets in the way of me enjoying certain films .

other than all that it was pretty cool , i just went into thinking i was gonna be blown away , 9.0 on imdb . my kids really liked it , gomti took a nap .

Never known a film to divide people SO much. Two mates at work, one said he thought it was "alright", the other walked out of it, I loved it.

Pre-ordered the Blu-Ray, which comes in a set with a DVD version too apparently.

I loved it. Hadn't been to the movies for a while, enjoyed being blasted by the noise and effects - and I would do Leo, big time :)
