watching "christine" for the first time since i was a kid.
when the car puts herself back together after the guys fuck her up, all i could think was "fuck cgi!"
pretty good flick. check it out if you haven't seen it in a while.

What's your all-time favorite Freddie kill?
I think mine is when he turns the girl who's a bugaphobe into a cockroach and she falls into the sticky floor of a roach motel

rutger hauer is the most badass guy ever
i feel like i need to mention this again
i can't watch this movie too much, i never get sick of it
other movies that are eminently rewatchable, impossible to tire of:
princess bride (i will never not laugh when andre says 'you just moved your head! that's wonderful!')
being john malkovich (malkovich entering his own portal is the greatest scene in movie history)
aliens (obvious)
hard target ('you are a FUCKING BUFFALO!')
road house (again, obvious)

I'm like this with Conspiracy, the HBO movie starring Stanley Tucci and Kenneth Branagh, The Prestige and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

love that film. especially the claymation Van Halen scene.
I watched "Amelie" again last night. Man, that Jeunet guy can make a charming film.

point break - highly entertaining, actually a legit good movie but hard not to laugh at keanu... 'I AM AN EFF BEEEEE EYE AGENT!!'
nighthawks - possibly the slowest movie ever made, but somewhat redeemable because of rutger hauer and stallone's beard
tango and cash - kurt russell's hair is insane, plus jack palance being jack palance with the guys who played cassandra's dad in wayne's world and gul dukat as his lackeys. preposterously dumb action movie, 5 stars, 8 hard fists and 3 borgs
robocop 2 - never knew this was directed by the same guy who did 'empire strikes back', an all-time classic, plot is a huge mess but who cares
