Lost souls - Late night tv usually sucks, but this was decent I think. Catholic excorcism kind of film, slightly similar to Stigmata. Decent acting performances etc, but I wouldn't want to buy the Collectors edition of it, if such a thing excists.

A Few Days in September - I'm usually allergic to the type of film that has the characters (including John Turturro) reciting poetry, but this was quite enjoyable. Great camera work as well.

Black Snake Moan- my favorite movie of the year

Haloween remake- went downhill when the kid grows up

Simpsons Movie- the first half was as funny as the forth season of the Simpsons, the last half was why I stopped watching the show

Kicking It Old School- Way bettter then I thought it would be

Island Empire- Would be better if Lynch didn't film this with my cellphone

Finally Caught Jinderbyne last night. Pretty Good. Wonderfully uncomfortable.

And in related John Howardness, The Club was on after it. Still brilliant, in spite of it being about Collingwood.

The same with Science Of Sleep

I rewatched The Who's Tommy, Tina Turner was awesome in that one

Garden State- I had to leave when the guy climbed on top of that junkyard crane and screamed into the sky. Portman was really good.

I watched the remasted version of Akira. Very well done. Les Claypool helped in the sound

The best part was when Simon Pegg kicked that old woman in the face.
