I finally saw Hellboy last night, and like it very muchly. I though it had the right measure and balance of all things for a gritty comic-based movie, unlike that piece of shit Sin City.

Hellboy 2 is slated for next year.

del Toro's "Pan's Labyrinth" should be showing up in the next couple months, which also looks fucken' awesome.

I didn't mind it, but you honestly rate it over Sin City??

Sin City didn't have any cohesion for me. It wasn't even "episodic" in a good way. It's like Kill Bill in it's shitness.

Sin City was pretty bad. I don't like Hellboy much either. The acting is just so terrible it draws away from the gothic stuff that I normally really love.
