Nay. Lee in for injured Chimbonda, Ghaly and Lennon switching wings constantly and wanting to cut inside.

Robinson - club footed, dives too late
Lee - pish, got taken off for Defoe so the third call went in due to no cover over there
Dawson - Sunday league display
King - out of position most of the game
Essou-Ekotu - starting to realise what a chickenshit outfit he has moved into
Zakora - didn't do anything of worth, taken off for Frankenhuddlestone who stood about being self conscious in a brown kit
Jenas - crap
Lennon - overrated. Takes on players? No, runs away from them into nowhere. :egal:
Ghaly - some signs of attacking prowess, but did little with the ball. In fact he gave it away more times than Anthony Kiedis.
Keane - best player and not just because he scored the pen. Why was he on the left wing though? Wasn't that Ghaly/Lennon's job?
Berbatov - nice walk in the park yeah? No.

Speaking of Spurs, we fucking don't want Beckham.

Send the halfway line lingering long ball twat to Japan or something.

Why is Tottenham winning again? I'm worried about this.

Clue: not because of McCartney, Starr or Harrison.

Thank God the holiday jitters came upon us. As you were.

Huddlestone is giving me some joy at the least.

Who's this "teen sensation" we're buying now? It's not the winner of the X Factor is it?

ANOTHER MIDFIELDER.

The commentators during the Pompey match the other night were on about Mendes and Davis as players Tottenham should be feeling foolish to have lost. Apparently being able to field four different midfield lineups isn't enough.

This French(?) kid now. Every teenager is the new bloody Fabregas.

From some Yids.

"As much as I love the spurs I have to be honest and say that we won't eclipse Arsenal in our life times. They have been so much better than us for so long that we shoudln't even compare what we hope to do to what they have done and where they have got to. What kills me is that they have done all this with less net spent these past 15 years!

First we have to look at our record against them. Until the last decade were head to head with the Arse and now they have pulled way ahead in the number of times that they have won the derby. Not to mention the relative size of the trophy cabients.

Then there is the style of play. We at spurs have always prided ourselves on this but as much as I hate to admit it, Arsenal are by common consent now considered by all football fans (even Liverpool and Man U fans) the best pure footballing side to have ever played in England.

Recently I had to drive to past the Emirates and I was stunned by the size of it. I hate to say it but it looks magnificient. It really puts WHL in the shade.

When one looks at their youth squad it is the envy of every other teams youth squad with more than half its players playing for top Championship/weak Premiership teams.

Within next 5 years after the Emirates has been paid off Arsenal will have a massive warchest to buy top world class players and will cement their position as a top 3 english team and a top 10 European team year in year out.

While Martin has brought us on in a major way we are miles behind Arsenal and one step in the right direction is for us to face hard facts so that we can take another step forward."

100% agree.
I don't do jealousy. Didn't really understand the rivalry thing until I was a teenager living in Kent and a mate of mine started supporting Arsenal because his neighbour gave him loads of memorabilia or something, so it's not something I care aboot. I like Spurs because my mum does, my real passion is Aberdeen*.

And I really enjoy watching the gooners, great footie.

Q. What's the difference between Spurs and a man with a dog?

A. The man with the dog is unlikely to throw away the lead.

Good God. Up by a goal after two minutes and we still lose. End this season now.
