One thing Arsenal need to do to improve their football dynamic...is give free tickets to Welsh fellas called Buckley.

Agreed. Any of you official Arsenal people trawling this forum should give Buckley some free tickets.

When I make it over to London next year we should take out a bank loan and go to a game.

Speaking of Welshmen: I see Swansea got up yesterday.

8th. Lost on Saturday. Was on my way to see them and got roped into watching the rugby instead. Glad I did, was a miserable game of footie and my brother was playing in the rugby so got to spend some time on the Mumbles tiles with him which was nice.

Yeah they won yesterday. I just picked up my ticket for Saturday's game at Nottingham. Can't wait. Better give Garry a mail to let him know I'm on his patch.

Still haven't met Gary (or Zoe) in person, but I do fone or text occasionally.

They're in that "got kids" zone now though, where people disappear until their kids quit college and move in with girlfriends.

I'll catch up with them in 17 years.

RIBERY IS GUNNERS TARGET - ANIGO

Marseille sporting director Jose Anigo admits Arsenal target Franck Ribery does have a price - but no agreement has been reached with the Gunners.

Anigo has confirmed the Barclays Premiership club approached Marseille and held talks in the summer, though no transfer was agreed.

Fresh speculation has suggested Ribery will move to England in January but Anigo has reiterated a price has not been set.

"I must make this clear," he told the club's website om.net. "There is no agreement with Arsenal nor with any other European club.

"Arsenal came to discuss the situation with Pape (Diouf, Marseille president) and Arsene Wenger spoke to him. But there were also talks with other big clubs in Europe. I could tell you about all of them but there aren't enough digits on my two hands to count them.

"It must be said that Franck is very wanted and he has a price. But our objective is to claim a place in the Champions League and for that to happen, we must keep our best players.

"I don't see why we are discussing the departure of Franck because we have more pressing objectives and we want to keep our best players.

"That is just common sense. If we don't manage to qualify for the Champions League, we will obviously have to answer the question then. But I repeat - there is no agreement with Arsenal, on my part or that of Pape Diouf."
