I like the split black/charcoal keeper shirt, this one above though, I suspect it's a fake.

That's my favorite too.
Not too into the two tone blue.
I thought they gave up on blue.
Bad luck and all.

3rd kits are such a rip off. Aberdeen had the blue one last year and only used it once.
Against Celtic.

Arsenal 3 Liverpool 0.

Excellent performance, particularly the two centre backs who seem to have gelled pretty well. Henry had a good game also, seeing him pop up in the left back position for Clichy to make mazy runs into the heart of the Liverpool defence was reminiscent of the combining of Henry and Cole back in the unbeaten season. As people said when Cole was a mainstay in the team prior to last season and when Clichy deputised in his absence, Clichy has everything Cole has plus intelligence and pace..and we have Traore coming through in that position too.

Van Persie worried the opposition on numerous occasions with only the factor of a referee shitting himself in the Wake of the Poll-gate Chelsea affair sparing both Alonso and Carragher from red cards.

Speaking of the Poll-gate affair, Alex Fergusson's comments recently have warmed me to the old bastard. Speaking in relation to the chief of the referee's association visiting Stamford Bridge to discuss John Terry's sending off with Mourinho, he said it would never happen if Arsenal, Liverpool or Manchester United had one of their players sent off, which is probably true. He also said he felt that Poll was the best of the British referees and that after this episode he would not envy anyone having Poll as their referee when they play Chelsea after recent events for fear of Poll "making amends".

Wenger's handbag episode from the West Ham game also drew unexpected support from Fergusson. He stated that Wenger had every right to be annoyed and that people need to realise that Wenger although more often than not is very calm and detached from his emotions was human and that it was great to see any manager display passion whilst doing their job. The hard man of football management seems such a nice guy now he's cut down on the booze.

November 13, 2006
Freddie Ljungberg

Freddie has returned to training after an injury lay-off. "Yes, he's fit. I judged him not match fit [for Liverpool] because he had only two days with the team. If he had two more days he could have played, but he will be released for Sweden, and the best way for him is of course after five weeks off is not to play the whole game" said Arsène Wenger.

Tomas Rosicky

Tomas Rosicky

Tomas has picked up a hamstring problem and will be out for an estimated 10 days. The Czech international injured himself in training on Thursday and is likely to miss the home games with Liverpool, Newcastle and possibly the Champions League tie with Hamburg.

Julio Baptista

Julio Baptista

Julio will miss the Liverpool game after damaging his hamstring during a behind-closed-doors friendly with Charlton.

Abou Diaby
November 9, 2006
Abou Diaby

Abou is making steady progress after suffering a fractured, dislocated ankle after a challenge by Dan Smith during the 3-0 win at Sunderland in May. Wenger confirmed that Abou Diaby was unlikely to figure until January.

Lauren
November 9, 2006
Lauren

Lauren is unlikely to return until the New Year. The right back last featured for Arsenal on January 21 when his side beat Wigan 2-1 in the Carling Cup Semi-Final second leg. The 29-year-old Cameroon international went in for surgery on his knee soon after that. “I don’t think you will see Lauren in the team before January,” said Arsène Wenger. "He is making good progress but he still has four or five weeks before he comes back to normal training and then it will take a month’s full training to come back into the team".

The Yids have been awfully quiet since Saturday.
Did they all get laryngitis and sore fingers, Toasty?

Should we send them a card?

I'd like to add again (nth time) that Gilberto should be captain on a permanent basis and Henry should be beaten with a stick until he smiles.

Wasn't it good to see Henry smile on Saturday? Pity the fucker can't do it when he's playing/captaining.

He says he likes being angry on the pitch.
Says he got it from Michael Jordan.
Silly negro.

I don't think they'll take away his Captaincy.
He would fall apart.
Beckham grew tits and started bleeding once a month when he gave his up.

Yes, Diego Maradonna also said that his game was built on this too. He called it Broncha and was a close personal friend of Jordan.

Lehmann leaving Arsenal nest year, possibly January to Sevilla. Wenger just said on the news he feels he will leave but not when.

I like Sebastien Frey (Fiorentina) who we were after last time around.

Apparently we're after Boruc from Celtic though and are considering a Bendtner/Stokes swap deal :/

We've got enough French players.
If that 6+5 rule comes to play it will get ugly.
I don't think it will.

It won't happen. Fifa are trying it one, ignorant of European employment legislation and the fact the FA and EUFA are both telling them to fuck off.

Frey is awesome. Didn't buy him because Lehmann came for free.

Well, we've done the double over this year's Premiership Champions elect. I'm very proud of our young team considering our positive attitude, the fact we're missing Gallas and Gilberto two of our most experienced players. I'm a bit chuffed.
