You must not have played FFXII
Or FFX-2

Bioshock kicked ASS.
Scary as hell, but unfortunately grew a little tiresome in the end there...

I'm finding it hard to think of a better SCI-FI RPG than Mass Effect.
I love the combat! Fluid, whilst still remaining easy to control.

I haven't played X-2, but XII is a masterpiece.

But Fox News wants to know what's happened to your brain after having sex with hot aliens, Busta. Fluid combat or not.

I can't believe I used the word 'Fluid'
But it is...

I didn't know you could bed an alien bird!

I might quit my job so i can play that part over and over again.
Then i'll get back to you with my findings.

Yeah, the guys at work have been raving aboot this!
I might look at it when my ankle heals.

Anyone got Force Unleashed yet? I'm trying to decide if it will be better on Wii, as the PS3 demo did not impress me.

I haven't played my Wii for four months or something, I haven't even opened PES!

Rock Band 2 improves on the first game in every way, and lets you port the songs and DLC from the first in.
Better drum peripheral, too.

holy cow meatpan, did you see some of those Achievement criteria? I'll likely only get one or two of them.
fun stuff, though. totally old-school (think Mega Man 2 or 3)

Anybody else get into this one
it's kind of like if Metroid went into Silent Hill
great graphics and killing is a blast- you have to shoot off limbs to slow up the bad guys.

nice creepy game- I'd put it near Bioshock

Played the Mirror's Edge demo on XBLA. As far as minimalist first-person parkour simulators go, it's pretty good - questionable button layout, but shows lots of promise. Worth a try.

I've been playing Crysis on my new amped PC. Very pretty. A lot of improvements over FarCry in terms of AI. Grenades are good. Sniping is good, and a bit harder. I give it 4 hard fists.

I'm waiting for the reviews to decide if I want to invest in the full game. The demo is little more than a tease.

Dead Space looks average, sorry. Another sci-fi/horror shmup with the very cheap gimmick of dismembering enemies? Pass.

I could do with some FPS action, but I hate vehicles. How vehicle-ish is it?

there's no vehicles in deathmatch, team deathmatch, CTF or duel (which is fucking awesome online)
onslaught (warfare) has vehicles
there's also a 'vehicle CTF' which is completely useless because the maps are HUGE, but you cant carry the flag in a vehicle

more than enough fun to be had without vehicles

Fallout 3 - Awesome. Better than Oblivion, although the level cap is already giving me the shits
Warhammer Online - Never gotten into MMORPGs before but this one is a winner.
