Took a ride from my brother's house into the hills and mountains over the Llynffi and the Afan valleys. I must have ridden about 30 miles and took in two short but intermediate skill trails and in amongst all that some bastard hills. Feeling pretty good right now especially considering I'm a fat bastard and this was just my second run into the hills and fourth overall on the bike. I've cut my left shin, done something to the ligament in the knee of the same leg. I've got some minor grazing and bruising to my right leg. My brother smashed his derailer is on the final run home and I got my first puncture since I was 15. I'm stinking dirty - full of mud, blood and sweat, my thighs are aching but I feel great. A blowjob would round the day off perfectly. Bathtime methinks.
