I nearly have all my work done for this week. I'm hoping I can smash into some clean-skin Barossa shiraz in time for the footy show tonight.

Not a big Syrah fan. Most of the ones I've tried are way too heavy for me.

Add some mixed seafood (mussels, scallops, squid, prawns, etc.) to the garlicky oil over some pasta and you'd be happy.

I wouldn't go to all the bother of having to cook the bacon just for a toastie.

I just use salami, cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Oh, and the thought of raw bacon makes me really ill.
