Re: The Beer Thread

What do you guys think of Bock? I like it, a lot, in small portions. I usually drink it during Yule along with the heaviest, most fatty food, but recently I've started sharing 3,3 dl bottles with a friend and it's very very good as a after-meal too.

Re: highlight of your day?

Last night a drunk marine in his sixties told me that he wasn't gay, and then went on to try and hug me while saying I was delightful and had just the right size. I blushed, fluttered my eyelashes and lit a cigarette in the coolest fashion possible. This is the second time something like this happen...

Re: favorite ingredients

I like brown sugar in curry. I don't use sugar in tomatoes, I used to but now I just cook the tomatoes longer to obtain the desired sweetness. I've gone the other way. But it's only due to living in places with less and less desireable kitchens. I spend as little time as possible cooking these days...

Agreed.

Favourite ingredient, at the moment, is sugar. It's so underrated.

P.S: When using tomatoes it's a must.

Only play internet chess at chess.com and some solitaire every now and then. Mostly I gamble (horses), is that considered gaming by the way?

*tip* Cinnamon stick. ***The old tale of a days preparation for chili is true. This recipe is great when served immediately, but leaving it for the next day band re-heating it (not microwaving it btw) lets the flavours intensify*** This is a very good tip. I can't remember if you're a vegetarian, b...
